Midland Rover Owners Club Annual General Meeting 2026

The Midland Rover Owners Club will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 12 November 2026.

In accordance with the Club’s rules, all members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting, which provides an opportunity to hear about the Club’s activities over the past year, review its position and plans for the future, and take part in the formal business of the Club.

The AGM is also an important opportunity for members to have their say in how the Club is run. The meeting will include reports from the Committee, the election of officers and Committee members, and consideration of any other business properly brought before the meeting.

Whether you regularly attend Club events, compete, marshal, volunteer behind the scenes or simply enjoy being part of MROC, we would be very pleased to see you there.

Date: Thursday 12 November 2026
Time: 8pm sharp (arrive by 7:45pm)
Venue: The Limes Country Lodge Hotel, Earlswood, B94 5JZ

Further details, including the agenda and information regarding nominations and any motions to be considered, will be circulated to members in advance of the meeting.

As usual, any member wishing to stand for a Committee post should send a nomination form, signed by a proposer and a seconder, each of whom shall be club members, to arrive with the Club Secretary no later

than 29th October 2026. The nominee should signify their wish to be elected. Late nominations may be taken at the meeting.

Any member wishing to make a proposal at the AGM should do so in writing to the Club Secretary to arrive no later than 22nd October 2026. The proposal shall be signed by a proposer and a seconder, both being club members.

Please put the date in your diary and come along — it’s your Club, and the AGM is your opportunity to be part of shaping its future.
